I'm not quite sure where it came from, but as I ascended the stairs and rounded the corner, there it was. Where did it come from? Are they offering it to me? Am I supposed to move it somewhere? Are they constructing an English Center waiting room? If so, will there be English magazines or just those ones with English on the cover so foreigners buy it only to see that it's not really in their native language at all? Why was the vice principal asleep on it?
